Because TalaHmong.com is a multi-vendor marketplace, returns and refunds are processed based on the individual seller’s policy. However, all sellers must comply with TalaHmong.com’s minimum standards (outlined here) to ensure fairness and consistency across our platform.
2. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if all of the following are true:
✅ The item was purchased within the last 30 days
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact
✅ The product is in its original packaging (if applicable)
❗ Exceptions:
Some items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective, including:

3. How to Initiate a Return

Log into your account at TalaHmong.com

Visit Orders → View Order

Select the item you want to return

Click Request Return and choose the reason

Follow the instructions to ship the item back to the seller
➡️ Once your return request is submitted, the seller has 3 business days to respond.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a seller error (wrong item, damaged item, defective), the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.

The seller will provide return shipping details and address.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error.
5. Refunds
Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item:
✔ Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
✔ Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after seller approval
✔ You will receive email confirmation once the refund is issued
Refund amounts generally include product cost only—shipping fees may not be refundable unless required by the seller’s policy or local law.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

8. Cancellations
